Michael Licciardi has over 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry.  For more than 12 of those years, he owned and operated his own successful mortgage brokerage.  After evaluating the dramatic changes that were occurring in mortgage lending, Michael decided to make the move from mortgage broker to mortgage banker and chose to join First Choice Loan Services Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of First Choice bank.  It’s a decision he believes provides a better opportunity to service his customers.

Customer satisfaction is his top priority.  He strives to identify the best loans for his customers by evaluating not only their mortgage needs, but also their entire financial situation.  This attention to detail has earned him many satisfied customers and their referrals.  Michael feels that a referral from a customer is the best endorsement of his work and takes great satisfaction in working to create a beneficial outcome for his customers.

As a award-winning loan officer, Michael was named Broker of the Month several times by the lenders he worked with and is now part of the office in Southampton, PA with First Choice Loan Services.
